Gutternaut Duties
So what does an avatar do with all of this data once it’s been gathered up? Well after sifting through content I like to present my reactions in a fun way. Like my attempts at ripping off Film Theory, only in comic form. I even look at how comics are adapted into other media the right way. But a lot of people seem to really like when I compile information about creators and how they do their work. Just don’t expect anything from people like Alan Moore or Grant Morrison though, the internet is already full of stuff on them.
Gutternaut Side Projects
Besides talking about comics and their content, I also like to mingle with other creators I enjoy. I have been inspired by Overly Sarcastic Productions and Hello Future Me. But I don’t have a presentable voice to be a YouTuber. So to get around it I try to spotlight, shoutout, or guest post.

Every Gutternaut should have the materials to get themselves ready for the narrative world of comics. The brain is the most important tool, but it always pays to have a checklist. The best part about these checklists is that they’re blank. You can use whatever means to get covers of comics on them; paste ’em, draw ’em, maybe even just write more than one down.
